Transforming Communities Through Investing in Charities

At Ohio Valley United Charities, we are always dedicated to making the world a better place. To do this, we raise funds for various local nonprofits that aim for the improvement of their respective communities’ situations. These include those that are based in the counties of Carroll, Gallatin, Henry, Owen, and Trimble in Kentucky.

Our Vision

We envision a society where everyone has the resources they need to live happily and responsibly. To make this a reality, we focus on helping individuals who often live in poverty or receive little or no support. Additionally, we strive to propel the youth in the right direction. To achieve this goal, we invest in schools and programs that allow them to be well-rounded and give them the opportunity to go to college or join the workforce.

Our Fundraising Campaign

Every fall, our activities are in full swing. Throughout the years, we have raised and invested more than a million dollars into the local charitable organizations we support. Going forward, we still make it our goal to continue bringing a positive and sustainable change to our five communities through fundraising.

Our Grants

Distribution or sharing of the funds raised each fall is the highlight of the work we do. Each spring, charities from the five counties we serve submit grant applications to be considered for funding by our organization. The allocation of our funds varies but each grant generally ranges between between $5,000 to $15,000 yearly. If you want your nonprofit to be considered for a grant, send an application now.
